Our ashtanga class is to reset and rejuvenate you as you head into your afternoon. This powerful healing practise will combine poses, breath, and movement and leave you feeling strong and peaceful. Each class will be working to the Primary series so you are able to see that benefits of the practise week after week. As your confidence grows we could be working towards shoulder balances, wheels, and headstands. Give it a go... we think of it as yoga therapy.

Flex & Stretch
Can't decide if you want to work on strengthening those muscles or loosening them to gain flexibility? Join us for Flex & Stretch and do both! This class is split into two halves, the first, working on each muscle group flexing and toning, the second is spent in deep stretches to elongate muscles to reach your full flex potential. The beats, as always, are infectious and your instructors, as always, are beaming with positivity and encouragement.
