Our ashtanga class is to reset and rejuvenate you as you head into your afternoon. This powerful healing practise will combine poses, breath, and movement and leave you feeling strong and peaceful. Each class will be working to the Primary series so you are able to see that benefits of the practise week after week. As your confidence grows we could be working towards shoulder balances, wheels, and headstands. Give it a go... we think of it as yoga therapy.
